The Short’s | Piecewalk

Rebekah and Lydia were recently diagnosed with autism. We are getting out and helping to bring more awareness to those who can’t speak or have tried speaking and been shot down. You don’t have to have anything physically wrong to have autism. Your brain is wired to function in a certain manner and this was Rebekah’s story. She’s a normal 6th grader who loves life but struggles daily while in her safe zone due to people thinking she’s making things up. This was starting to be Lydia’s story except she began to run and hide and meltdown on the daily and bringing her back from this was a challenge. Now we have the diagnosis and we’re working to get the help they need to make them a better version of who God made them to be. Join our team and let’s work for those who need a voice!
